Kotla Sarang Khan is a village located in Kharian Tehsil, Gujrat District in Punjab Province of Pakistan. The nearest town is Lalamusa about seven kilometers to the Northeast. The village has a population of almost ten thousand and holds two seats in the local area government union council. Residents are mostly farmers but some are fortunate enough to find manual labor jobs in Middle East allowing them to send back money to their families. A few residents of the area have moved to cities for better education of their children and for the good of their family. ==History== Most popular traditions hold that the first native of the village was a person named as Sarang Khan who settled in the area in the sixteenth century during the famous Band-O-Bast by Mughal Emperor Akbar. And from that time now village's population has been increasing at a very slow pace. Even creation of Pakistan made no difference and there was no demographic change at all because all of inhabitants were followers of Islam. But after Afghan war there were Afghan immigrants who chose to stay here and few of them are still living with their families in neighborhoods. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Kotla Sarang Khan」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
